Due to our location and our natural surroundings, Protected area World Heritage, we have limited coverage. This could affect the Wi-Fi connection and TV channels in certain areas of the hotel at certain times.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused by these causes, they are totally alien to ON Hotels Oceanfront.

All our facilities for Wifi and TV are made by companies of first level National and Official Homologation.
Parking IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT PARKING

At ON Hotels we have Private Parking, with a cost of €16/night or €1.50/hour (the full day always starts at 12 noon / in the event of losing the ticket, the full day will be charged). The Spaces are Limited. In addition, we offer 2 charging spaces for electric cars. If you do not contract it, you will have 30 minutes free of charge to access and unload your belongings.

If you contract it, our Reception colleagues will activate one of your Room Wristbands to enter/exit the same. Payment is made at a cash machine located in the Hotel Lobby itself, just before removing the vehicle for the first time. Once you have paid for it, you can enter and leave (as long as the wristband has sufficient balance). If the wristband detects that it has no balance, the barrier will not be able to open.

Finally, we must clarify that ON Hotels is not responsible for any eventuality that may arise with your car during your stay (theft, scratches, bumps, etc.), in accordance with the General Regulations of any Public Parking.

If on your arrival we have the Parking full, we will provide you with the location of the public Parking closest to the hotel, whose cost is also additional and whose spaces are also subject to availability.
