IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Check-in: Access to the room is between 14:00 and 00:00. If you arrive earlier and the room is available, we will be happy to check you in.
Upon arrival, you will be asked for a credit/debit card to hold a €200 deposit, which will be returned at the end of your stay, after checking the inventory and furniture of your accommodation.
Check-out: On the day of departure, you must vacate the room by 12:00. Please check with reception for late check-out options.
The reception at On Aleta Room is operational 24 hours a day.
This establishment reserves the right of admission
This hotel reserves the right of admission, regulating access and the stay of clients who:
• Engage in uncivil or violent behavior or other similar causes that disrupt the establishment's activity or cause disturbance to other users, as well as minors who arrive alone or accompanied.
• Carry weapons or objects that could be used as such.
• Wear clothing or symbols that incite violence, racism, or xenophobia.
• Carry or have consumed prohibited substances such as drugs or psychotropic substances.
• Do not show due respect to the owner, employees, or other clients.
• Display violent behavior, whether verbal or physical.
• Repeatedly fail to comply with the published rules of coexistence.
• Show a lack of personal hygiene.
• Are proven troublemakers or are on the list of uncivil clients of any of the On Hotels Group establishments due to their behavior during previous stays.
Rules of coexistence
Upon Check-in, you agree to comply with the following rules that guarantee a happy stay and coexistence in the hotel:
• Playing with balls, paddles, etc., is not allowed within the premises, except for specific entertainment activities.
• As this is a smoke-free facility, smoking or vaping is not permitted, except in designated areas.
• The use of speakers or sound equipment is not permitted, except for those used by the establishment for various entertainment activities.
• It is not permitted to reserve pool @Sunbed@s. Please collect your belongings if you are not going to use them for a long time.
• For your safety, the pool area is not accessible or usable outside of the published opening hours.
• The consumption of narcotic substances anywhere in the establishment will lead to the notification of the Civil Guard (Guardia Civil) and immediate expulsion from the facilities.
• Private parties must respect the rules of coexistence with other guests.
• Due to the fire risk involved, the use of hookahs is not permitted in rooms or common areas.
• Room furniture must not be moved or taken outside under any circumstances.
• From 00:00 to 09:00, it is considered a rest period for all hotel guests. Failure to respect the rest of others may lead to expulsion from the facilities.
Failure to comply with these rules empowers the hotel to deny the offender access to any of the On Hotels Group chain's facilities, present or future, for a period of no less than 5 years.
