IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Check-in: Access to the apartment is between 14:00 and 17:00. If you arrive before that time and the apartment is available, we will be happy to let you in.
Upon arrival, you will be asked for a credit/debit card to hold a security deposit of €200, which will be returned at the end of your stay, subject to an inspection of the inventory and furniture of your accommodation.
Check-out: On the day of departure, it is necessary to vacate the apartment before 12:00. Please check with reception for late check-out options.

This establishment reserves the right of admission
This hotel reserves the right of admission, regulating access and the stay of clients who:
• Engage in uncivil or violent behavior or other similar causes that harm the development of the establishment's activity or cause disturbance to other users, as well as minors, whether they come alone or accompanied.
• Carry weapons or objects that can be used as such.
• Wear clothing or symbols that incite violence, racism, or xenophobia.
• Carry or have consumed prohibited substances such as drugs or psychotropic substances.
• Do not show due respect to the owner, employees, or other clients.
• Exhibit violent behavior, verbally or physically.
• Repeatedly breach the published rules of conduct.
• Show a lack of personal hygiene.
• Are a proven troublemaker or are on the list of uncivil clients of any of the On Hotels Group establishments due to their behavior during previous stays.
Rules of conduct
By checking in, you agree to comply with the following rules that guarantee a happy stay and harmony at the hotel:
• It is not possible to play with balls, beach bats, etc., inside the pool area, except for specific animation activities.
• The pool area is a children's and smoke-free zone; smoking or vaping is not allowed, except in designated areas.
• The use of speakers or sound equipment is not allowed, except for those belonging to the establishment for various animation activities.
• It is not allowed to reserve Sunbeds at the pool. Please collect your belongings if you are not going to use them for a long time.
• For your safety, the aquatic area is not accessible or passable outside of the published opening hours.
• The consumption of narcotic substances anywhere in the Resort will lead to the notification of the Civil Guard, as well as immediate expulsion from the facilities.
• Private parties must respect the rules of conduct with other guests.
• Due to the fire risk involved, the use of hookahs is not allowed in rooms or common areas.
• Room furniture must not be moved or taken outside under any circumstances.
• From 00:00 to 09:00 hours is considered a rest period for all hotel guests. Failure to respect the rest of others may lead to expulsion from the Resort.
Failure to comply with these rules authorizes the hotel to deny the offender access to any of the On Hotels Group facilities, whether present or future, for a period of no less than 5 years.
