IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Check-in: Access to the room is between 14:00 and 00:00. If you arrive before that time and the room is available, we will be happy to check you in.
Upon arrival, you will be asked for a credit/debit card to hold a security deposit of €200, which will be returned at the end of your stay, subject to an inspection of the inventory and furniture of your accommodation.
Check-out: On the day of departure, you must vacate the premises and the room before 12:00. Please check with reception for late check-out options.
Hotel Neptuno reception is open 24 hours.
This establishment reserves the right of admission
This hotel reserves the right of admission, regulating access and the stay of guests to anyone who:
• Displays uncivil or violent behavior or other similar causes that impair the development of the establishment's activity or cause annoyance to other users, as well as minors, whether they are alone or accompanied.
• Carries weapons or objects that could be used as such.
• Displays clothing or symbols that incite violence, racism, or xenophobia.
• Carries or has consumed prohibited substances such as drugs or psychotropic substances.
• Does not show due respect towards the owner, employees, or other guests.
• Displays violent attitudes verbally or physically.
• Repeatedly fails to comply with the published rules of coexistence.
• Shows a lack of personal hygiene.
• Is a proven troublemaker or is on the list of uncivil guests of any of the establishments in the On Hotels Group chain due to their behavior during previous stays.
Rules of coexistence
Upon Check-in, you agree to comply with the following rules that guarantee a happy stay and coexistence in the hotel:
• It is not possible to play ball, paddles, etc., within the pool and solarium area, except for specific animation activities.
• The pool and solarium area, being a children's area and smoke-free, does not allow smoking or vaping, except in designated areas.
• The use of speakers or sound equipment is not permitted, except for those belonging to the establishment for various animation activities.
• It is not permitted to reserve pool @Sunbeds@. Please collect your belongings if you are not going to use them for a long time.
• For your safety, the pool and solarium area is not accessible or passable outside the published opening hours.
• The consumption of narcotic substances anywhere in the Hotel will lead to notification of the Civil Guard, as well as immediate expulsion from the premises.
• The celebration of private parties must respect the rules of coexistence with the rest of the guests.
• Due to the fire risk involved, the use of hookahs is not permitted in rooms or common areas.
• Room furniture must not be moved or taken outside under any circumstances.
• From 00:00 to 09:00 hours is considered a rest period for all hotel guests. Failure to respect the rest of others may lead to expulsion from the Resort.
Failure to comply with these rules enables the hotel to deny the offender access to any of the On Hotels Group chain's facilities, both present and future, for a period of no less than 5 years.
