IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Check-in: Access to the room is between 14:00 and 07:00. If you arrive before that time and the room is available, we will be happy to check you in. On the day of arrival, access to the pool area is from 12:00, even if your room is not yet ready.
Upon arrival, you will be asked for a credit/debit card to hold a €200 deposit, which will be returned at the end of your stay, subject to an inspection of the inventory and furniture in your accommodation.
Check-out: On the day of departure, you must vacate the hotel facilities and your room by 12:00. Please check with reception for late check-out options.
The reception at On OCEAN FRONT is open 24 hours a day.
This establishment reserves the right of admission
This hotel reserves the right of admission, regulating access and the stay of clients who:
• Engage in uncivil or violent behavior, or other similar causes that disrupt the establishment's operations or cause disturbance to other users, as well as minors who arrive alone or accompanied.
• Carry weapons or objects that may be used as such.
• Wear clothing or symbols that incite violence, racism, or xenophobia.
• Carry or have consumed prohibited substances such as drugs or psychotropic substances.
• Do not show due respect to the owner, staff, or other clients.
• Exhibit violent behavior, either verbally or physically.
• Repeatedly breach the published rules of conduct.
• Show a lack of personal hygiene.
• Are proven troublemakers or are on the list of uncivil clients of any of the On Hotels Group establishments due to their behavior during previous stays.
Rules of Conduct
Upon Check-in, you agree to comply with the following rules that ensure a pleasant stay and harmonious coexistence in the hotel:
• It is not permitted to play with balls, beach bats, etc., inside the pool and solarium, except for specific animation activities.
• As this is a smoke-free facility, smoking or vaping is not allowed, except in designated areas.
• The use of loudspeakers or sound equipment is not permitted, except for those belonging to the establishment for various animation activities.
• It is not allowed to reserve pool Sunbeds. Please collect your belongings if you are not going to use them for a long period of time.
• For your safety, the pool and solarium area is not accessible or passable outside of the published opening hours.
• The consumption of narcotic substances anywhere in the Hotel will result in notification to the Civil Guard, as well as immediate expulsion from the premises.
• Private parties must respect the rules of coexistence with other guests.
• Due to the fire risk involved, the use of hookahs (shishas) in rooms or common areas is not permitted.
• Room furniture must not be moved or taken outside under any circumstances.
• From 00:00 to 09:00, it is considered a rest period for all hotel guests. Failure to respect the rest of others may lead to expulsion from the Resort.
Failure to comply with these rules entitles the hotel to deny the offender access to any of the On Hotels Group facilities, whether present or future, for a period of no less than 5 years.
