IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Check-in: Access to the room is between 14:00 and 17:00. If you arrive before that time and the room is available, we will be happy to let you in. On the day of arrival, access to the Water Park with the All-Inclusive plan is from 12:00, even if your room is not yet ready.
Upon arrival, you will be asked for a credit/debit card to hold a deposit of €200, which will be returned at the end of your stay, subject to an inspection of the inventory and furniture in your accommodation.
Check-out: On the day of departure, you must vacate the All-Inclusive Water Park facilities and the room before 12:00. Please check with reception for late check-out options.
The reception at @@HotelName@@ is open 24 hours a day.
This establishment reserves the right of admission
This hotel reserves the right of admission by regulating access and the stay of guests for those who:
• Engage in uncivil or violent behavior, or for other similar reasons, hinder the development of the establishment's activity or cause disturbance to other users, as well as minors, whether they arrive alone or accompanied.
• Carry weapons or objects that may be used as such.
• Display clothing or symbols that incite violence, racism, or xenophobia.
• Carry or have consumed prohibited substances such as drugs or psychotropic substances.
• Do not show proper respect towards the owner, employees, or other guests.
• Exhibit violent verbal or physical attitudes.
• Repeatedly breach the published rules of coexistence.
• Show a lack of personal hygiene.
• Are a proven troublemaker or are on the list of uncivil guests of any of the establishments in the On Hotels Group chain due to their behavior during previous stays.
Rules of coexistence
By checking in, you agree to comply with the following rules that guarantee a happy stay and coexistence in the hotel:
• It is not permitted to play with balls, paddles, etc., within the Park premises, except for specific animation activities.
• Being a children's area and smoke-free environment, smoking or vaping is not permitted, except in designated areas.
• The use of speakers or sound equipment is not permitted, except for those used by the establishment for various animation activities.
• It is not permitted to reserve pool Sunbeds. Please collect your belongings if you are not going to use them for a long time.
• For your safety, the Water Park area is not accessible or passable outside of the published opening hours.
• The consumption of narcotic substances anywhere in the Resort will lead to the notification of the Civil Guard, as well as immediate expulsion from the facilities.
• Private parties must respect the rules of coexistence with the rest of the guests.
• Due to the fire risk involved, the use of hookahs is not permitted in rooms or in common areas.
• Room furniture must not be moved or taken outside under any circumstances.
• From 01:00 to 09:00, it is considered a rest period for all hotel guests. Failure to respect the rest of others may lead to expulsion from the Resort.
Failure to comply with these rules authorizes the hotel to deny the offender access to any of the On Hotels Group chain facilities, either present or future, for a period of no less than 5 years.
Important note: Unlimited access to attractions available that day is offered within the established schedules. No refunds are given for closed attractions, even if they are the main ones. Temporary closures of attractions DO NOT entitle you to a refund of your entrance fee or accommodation.
