Right of admission and rules of coexistence

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Check-in: Room access is between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. If you arrive before this time and a room is available, we will be happy to let you in. On the day of arrival, access to the Water Park with the All-Inclusive package begins at 12:00 PM, even if you don't yet have a room.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a credit/debit card and a €200 security deposit will be held. This deposit will be returned at the end of your stay, after checking the inventory and furnishings of your accommodation.

Check-out: On the day of departure, guests must leave the All-Inclusive Water Park and their room by 12:00 p.m. Please inquire at reception about late check-out options.

The On City Resort reception is open 24 hours a day.

This establishment reserves the right of admission

This hotel reserves the right to refuse admission, regulating the access and stay of guests who:

• Engaging in uncivil or violent behavior or other similar causes that harm the establishment's activities or cause inconvenience to other users, including minors, whether they come alone or accompanied.
• Carry weapons or objects that can be used as such.
• Display clothing or symbols that incite violence, racism or xenophobia.
• Carry or have consumed prohibited substances such as drugs or psychotropic substances.
• Fail to show due respect to the owner, employees or other customers.
• Presents verbally or physically violent attitude.
• Repeatedly fail to comply with the published rules of coexistence.
• Shows a lack of personal hygiene.
• Be a proven troublemaker or be on the list of uncivilized guests at any On Hotels Group property due to your behavior during previous stays.

Rules of coexistence


By checking in, you agree to comply with the following rules to ensure a pleasant stay and pleasant stay at the hotel:

• It is not permitted to play ball, paddle tennis, etc. within the Park grounds, except for specific entertainment activities.
• As this is a children's and smoke-free area, smoking and vaping are not permitted, except in designated areas.
• The use of speakers or sound equipment is not permitted, except for those owned by the establishment for the various entertainment activities.
• Reserving pool loungers is not permitted. Please collect your belongings if you won't be using the pool for a long time.
• For your safety, the Water Park grounds are not accessible or passable outside of the published opening hours.
• Consumption of narcotic substances anywhere in the Resort will result in notification to the Civil Guard and immediate expulsion from the facilities.
• When holding private parties, the rules of coexistence with other guests must be respected.
• Due to the risk of fire, the use of hookahs is not permitted in rooms or common areas.
• The furniture in the room should not be moved or taken outside under any circumstances.
• From 1:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., all hotel guests are considered rest periods. Failure to respect the rest periods of others may result in expulsion from the resort.

Failure to comply with these rules entitles the hotel to deny the offender access to any On Hotels Group facilities, present or future, for a period of no less than 5 years.
